Our sales person Larry Waddle was awesome took us step by step. And I don't want to for get to mention Wally and Ryan General Manger. Ryan explained some of our concerns and we were put at ease. We bought a 2025 GMC Denali Ultimate HD Seiera 2500 Duramax 6.6 Turbo Diesel. That day, and couldn't be happier. They could've made sure all the tires had the same amount air pressure after the tire rotation they all had air but the 2 front tires had 2 more pounds then the back 2 other than that it was a good experience

AM told to drive my brand new truck with the safety features not working, truck dies while driving no power steering or brakes. The onstar not working. Radio not working of the dash light go out. Told there is no fix. But go ahead and drive it when it happens bring the truck back a a fifth (5) time so we can record it. Should have gotten a new truck

The oil change took over an hr and my glove compartment doesn't close properly after they checked the cabin filter. The staff was awesome though very friendly and polite. They get a 5 star.

My experience at Steele Chevrolet in Luling was truly great and that is due to the quality of the people working at the dealership. Sales Manager Wally Delarosa was professional in his assessment of my 2021 Colorado for its trade in value, and Ryan, Dealer manager, can be characterized as positive and upbeat about everything. Went in to to get an oil change and dashboard lights going off on vehicle. Came out with a new battery that was supposed to fix problem. It didn't, instead after new battery getting installed they find wheel speed sensor damaged or cut off. And leave with new oil change and a new battery that didn't fix anything.
